In a bowl or plastic cup mix together equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water, about a cup each. Before you shampoo massage the mixture into your scalp. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo and condition your hair as usual. You can even add a teaspoon or two of apple cider vinegar into your regular shampoo for a boosted effect.
Natural Hair Rinse:
In a bowl or plastic cup mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one cup of water. Shampoo your hair as usual. Once you rinse out all the shampoo rinse your hair with the apple cider vinegar mix. Work throughout your hair. Rinse thoroughly and follow with light conditioner. The acidic nature of the apple cider vinegar will help to remove residue and buildup from your hair. This will restore the natural shine of your hair.
Brass Free and Super Shiny Hair:
Apple cider vinegar can boost your hairs natural beauty after you have thoroughly cleaned your hair in the shower. In a small spray bottle add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a cup of purified or distilled water and a few drops of your favorite essential oils to preference (some favorites are lavender, peppermint, vanilla and bergamot). Shake the mixture very well and then spray onto your hair. Work through your hair with a brush or comb and either blow dry or let air dry. For a deep conditioning try adding a teaspoon of jojoba or marula oil to the mix.

Maybe you should try to alternate the diluted ACV treatments with neem oil.
Used the ACV 4 times still very dry scalp.I do exactly what I read here.Please advise.Have been at Dermatologist as well,no results either.Thanks
