USPS and Holiday Shipping

Dear Customers,

It has come to our attention that the USPS has not been processing first class orders in a timely manner this holiday season.  All First Class orders that we have shipped since November 25th are not showing tracking in the USPS system.  We have reached out to them as well as other small business owners and this seems to be a nationwide problem.  Do to the large volume of these orders that have not been tracked we will unfortunately not be able to reship them until after the holiday season if they remain missing.  We are being told that it could take up to 30 days for some of these items to arrive or to begin the claim process.

In light of this and the now unreliable nature of the USPS we are discounting our UPS shipping rates.  We will try to ship all orders over $35 via UPS for our free shipping offer.  We have not experienced issues with Priority Mail at this time but as a precaution we will make the switch to UPS unless otherwise specified by you.
